Lab Overview
The humoral immune system with antibodies plays a pivotal role in vaccine-induced protection against infectious diseases. A fundamental understanding of humoral immune responses is therefore essential for future vaccine development and infectious disease control. Our laboratory aims to elucidate how protective antibodies are generated and how immune memory is formed — “how,” “where,” and “for how long” — using both human samples and mouse models.
